Fonts
If your file contains any special fonts, make
sure that we have the same fonts. If we don't,
your job will not print correctly.Unless you have a very good reason
to do so, don't use too many fonts in one
document. It looks messy and unprofessional.
Instead, try to pick a font suitable to the
message or mood you're trying to convey.
|
White
space
The space on a page is almost as important as the
text on that page. If you cram all the words
together with very little space, the reader is
easily put off reading the document. Would you
find it easier to read a children's book or a
legal contract?Plan
your document to include plenty of white space.
|
Graphics
Pictures, diagrams, animations, layout, etc,
always embellish any document - whether it's
printed or on the computer screen. You should
always consider how to enhance your work with
graphics. "Enhance" is the key word
here. Some graphics will distract the reader and
therefore reduce the value of your work. Choose
your graphic elements carefully. |
